I have just visited my friends at Dulnain Bridge and they were helping the local farmer by bottle-feeding two lambs. The farmer’s wife had christened one of the lambs PADDY BAA and I felt this would be a good title for a dance because that was the way some people used to pronounce “pas de basque”.
The dedication at the top of the dance description reads: for the Cade Lambs of Strathspey
