Note 3:
Originally I wrote this dance as a reel but, when the dancers in
Nova Scotia tried out the dance, they thought that it went better as a
strathspey.
In view of this, I have left the choice of tempo to the performers.
lf the dance is danced as a medley, it could be done twice as a
strathspey and then twice as a reel. lf this is done, each couple will
dance once from an end position and once from a middle position in
each tempo.
