The notes say this was “Devised for Donald Cameron, M.P., on the occasion of his presentation of the Australian flag to the Moorooka Scottish Country Dancers in 1989. As Donald was presenting the flag in person, Jean felt inclined to present him with a dance, which was demonstrated by the group.
