In the dance notes Drewry writes that “at Culsh, just to the east of Tarland. there ls a well-preserved earth house dating from prehistoric times. I once distinguished myself by falling all my length on the slippery floor, while on a visit with my sister’s children, and emerging covered wlth slimy mud.”
