The instructions from 2017 describe this as a four couple longwise dance which corresponds to the MiniCrib.
An older, 2003, version of the original “Clapyerhands 'n Stampyerfeet” has it as a circle dance, all next to partner. This appears to have been completely revised for the 2017 edition.
