Mirror reels of 4 on sides (Men’s side RSh, Ladies’ side LSh). All end in middle, NHJ with partner, 1s facing 2s, 3s facing 4s

Bottom 3 couples (1s+4s+3s) set, 1s & 3s dance path of “link”, dancing RSh round standing 4s (1L & 3M cast) to end in middle 2nd/4th place, 3s facing down, 1s facing up. 2 3 4 1

Wherever one dances, there is always someone who has just had a knee or hip replacement. Whether it is a sign of the times ( people living longer ) or years of dancing taking its inevitable toll, more and more dancers are being reduced to shuffling their strathspeys. This dance is dedicated to fellow sufferers!!
