Dedicated “to the memory of Mrs Muriel More, a most talented musician who played for Glasgow Branch classes, concerts, festivals and social events for over forty years and who had the ability to make any piano sing, no matter its condition. A popular pianist at Summer School and at weekend schools both in the UK and overseas. Muriel was awarded the Society Scroll in 2001.
The tune ‘Ochiltree’ was composed by Muriel and named after her home in Bishopbriggs where she lived for over sixty years.”
