Written to commemorate the 75th Anniversary of the RSCDS Manchester Branch, in 2009. The imagery is taken from the combination of the Busy Bee symbol of Manchester, and the cotton industry which made Manchester the busy city it is today.
Bars 1-8 illustrate the box of the weaving machine.
Bars 9-16 have the imagery of bees in the hive, and the pattern of the bees wings.
Bars 17-28 show the imagery of the conveyer belts used in the cotton industry
Bars 29-32 illustrate the actually weaving of the cloth.
