Notes:
In this dance 2nd couple start each repeat.
Therefore the couples who start the dance from 2nd place the 2nd, 4th and 6th times round must be aware that they will be starting the 3rd, 5th and 7th times round from 2nd position as well.
At the end of the 2nd repeat 1st and 4th couple must promptly step down/up to allow the new 2nd couple space for leading down and crossing below 3rd place.
