Devised June 2004 by the San Francisco Youth class teachers, Susie Langdon Kass and Pat O’Brien. Originally, the dance was named “Maids in the Mirror” by the 2004 San Francisco Youth class dancers. The class met in a studio with mirrors on two sides. The class was all girls.
We used this dance for one of our adjudication dances at the 2004 Pleasanton Scottish Games.
The alternate title, “The Clement Street Reel”, was given to the dance because the studio is on Clement Street. SLK
