John Brenchley writes (private communication): “When we came to record the Other Kangaroo Paw cd we had rather too many reels and Emmett’s Chase seemed more suited to a jig so we changed it. Marian composed a new tune for it. The tune suggested on the earlier version was only based on a suitable track from a cd for those without access to live music.”
