The original version started with “set, petronella”. That is how Fred DeMarse taught it in the Rechberg workshop Autumn 2012, as shown in the video recorded there. Jennifer Kelly later changed bars 1-4 into “petronella turn into the center, then set”. That is the final form.
Devised 2012-02 for Fred De Marse, to celebrate a significant Birthday, with all good wishes for many more.
According to Fred De Marse the preferred music for the dance is a medley as specified in the database.
