The original dance notes say this was “devised in September 2010 for Scottish Weekend Workshop at Timber Ridge Camp, West Virginia. Linda is from the county of East Lothian, birthplace of the Saltire, Scotland’s national flag. The Saltire is flown throughout the weekend at Timber Ridge. Corners pass & turn and double triangles depict the diagonal cross on the flag.”
