The first eight bars represent all the people who are travelling home to Scotland, and bars nine to sixteen represent the arrival of travellers to their homeland.
Bars seventeen to twenty four represent the homecomer’s visiting places and people and the final eight bars are a celebration of meeting old and new friends and a successful homecoming year.
