Заметки
Bars 1-8 represent the old city walls of Perth; the next eight bars represent the ribbon tied around the charter; and the last 16 bars represent the number 800.
Dance devised January 2010 by Helen Beaney to celebrate the 800th anniversary of the granting of the Royal Burgh Charter to Perth by King William the Lion. It is an octocentenary gift to the children of Oakbank SCD Club in Perth, who were the first to dance it all the way through, and their teacher Marilyn Healy.
