Заметки
This dance was devised by Val Dawson for the wedding reception/ceilidh to celebrate the marriage of Frank and Helen Davenport. Frank and Helen undertook a tandem bike ride around the coast of Britain. Starting at the beginning of March 2009 they rode from their home in Comwall to a Scottish Dance Class in Looe on the Monday morning, and then continued their ride to finish in Gretna Green for their wedding on 19th June. They then continued their tour around the coast to finish back in Cornwall in time for their wedding ceilidh on 5th September 2009.
Bars 1 - 16 Represents their tandem bike
Bars 16 - 24 Riding around the coast of Britain
Bars 25 - 32 The Wedding
For ceilidh dancing the rights and lefts (bars 17-24) could be omitted, with just the 1st couple dancing in tandem. On Bars 31 & 32 the 2d and 3d couples could just step back into place.
Recommended Tune: Original (Daisy, Daisy Trad) or Welcome to Dufftown (CD Nice to See You)
