Janet Rennie (nee Bennet) was a Highland and country dancer as a girl in Scotland. She also played the fiddle in her father’s band. After immigrating to California in 1961 she became an active dancer in the Los Angeles Branch RSCDS often entertaining at ceilidhs with her fiddle.
