Dedicated to Elaine Brunken. In January 2013, Elaine came to the Delaware Valley to teach a weekend workshop. At one point, in exhorting the class to keep their hands up, she said “You need to air your oxters!” Nobody knew what she meant, so she explained that “oxters” is a Scottish term for armpits. In this dance, first couple is always airing at least one of their oxters.
