Men dance around partner LSh into middle of set facing down.
5-8
Ladies move in behind their partners & all dance down the middle in a single line (3s leading)
9-12
Ladies pull back RSh to turn to Men’s side while Men pull back LSh turn to ladies’ side. 1s leading, all dance up the middle, side by side with partner (Lady on Man’s left) to opposite sides.
13-16
1M & 1L dance RSh round each other 1.1/2 times to own sides
17-32
All dance Sheeps Head Hey:
1M followed by 2L+3L dances across the top of the set, behind 1L to weave down through 2M & 3M & back up. When 3L dances below 2M, she dances back up the line leading 1M & 2L. When 2L dances up around 2M, she continues back down line, leading 3L & 1M below 2M, behind 3M across the set & up the Men’s side in order 2L 3L 1M
33-40
All Adv+Ret; 1L casts to 3rd place while 2L & 3L dance across to their own side while 2M & 3M dance diagonally up to their own side, all pulling back RSh to face partner. All set. 2 3 1

This dance was inspired by a runner duck we once owned who was very popular with the female ducks in our flock. Fergus led his lady ducks everywhere, and they followed! Because ducks have no hands, there is no giving of hands anywhere in the dance.
