Notes: The dance was devised to mark the tenth anniversary of the Perm Scottish Dancing group, Silver Tassie, in 2012, so a five couple dance seemed appropriate. The dance works equally well as a three couple version (in a three couple set).
Perm is at the foot of the Urals, some two time zones from Moscow, and I taught the dance at their weekend school in 2012.
