Devised in memory of Cobey England, 1993-2020 of Maryland USA, a wonderful young man who brought joy and laughter to Scottish Country dancing and exquisite excellence to competitive ballroom. Cobey had plans to build a dance barn on family farm. He never got to do that, but there’s no doubt he’s working on it in heaven.
