In Spacepoem 3: Off Course, Morgan uses a series of ever slightly changing images to create a sense of isolation and unease, but also hopefulness and optimism.
The dance emphasises some of the elegant images of “turning continents” and “imaginary somersaults.” The tune warps from sombre minor to hopeful major and takes inspiration from the uplifting final image: “the floating song.”
