From the notes: Having danced in her youth, Mary decided to return to Scottish Country Dancing in her retirement. Mary was honored with an MBE on the Queen’s 1996 birthday honours list for services to Primary education in eSwatini (Swaziland). This dance was devised in celebration of Mary Fraser’s 86th birthday.
