Devised to a medley on the Somewhere Over the Rainbow theme played by Bill Ewan.
Instructions from the deviser:
1-8: 1st couple cross over with right hand, cast off one place and turn partner with left hand once round.
9-16: 1st man dance half figure of eight round 2nd couple as 1st lady dance half figure of eight round 3rd couple. 1st couple finish in back to back position facing 4th corners. 1st couple set to and turn 4th corners to finish in lines.
17-24: 2nd, 1st and 3rd couples dance circle six hands round and back. 1st couple finish in back to back position facing 3rd corners.
25-32: 1st couple set to and turn 3rd corners to finish in lines across. 1st couple dance half figure of eight on own sides giving left shoulder to 4th corner and finish in 2nd place own sides.
Repeat having passed a couple.
Next and last couple dance the same in strathspey time.
