Jill and piper husband Dan Emery are renovating a house in the community of Arden (near Wilmington, DE), which is gathering a large number of dancers. The choreography loosely represents house-hunting, negotiations, and celebration. The first figure is a nod to the beginning of Jill’s dance Couples Meet, published in Delaware Valley Silver. The strathspey tempo echoes the lengthy moving process!
