In 2012 I won the privilege of having Liz write a tune for a dance I wrote. I love the tune, but was never totally satisfied with the dance for which it was written. I wrote this dance in hopes it is a better choice for the tune. The title reflects that Liz was born in Washington, D.C. and is her suggestion for a title.
