Parson’s Pleasure is a pleasant area along the banks of the river Cherwell on the edge of University Parks. It used to be a male bathing area frequented by university dons until its closure in 1991. The area features a set of rollers that allows punts to be transported between the two levels of the river on either side of Mesopotamia Walk.
