All set & 1s+2s & 3s+4s circle 4H round to the left 1/2 way, flowing into circle 8H round to the left 1/2 round

In this dance you have ‘many meetings’ with your partner and the other dancers. Note that Many Meetings is the title of the first chapter of the second book of The Fellowship of the Ring by J. R. R. Tolkien, who studied at the University of Oxford and later became a fellow there. It is also the title of one of the most popular pieces of film music, composed by Howard Shore for The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring.
