The notes say this dance is:
Commemorating Henry Ogilvie, a Master of Arts of the University of Paris and a priest of the diocese of St Andrews, who, in 1413, in the name of King James I, delivered a request to Pope Benedict XIII in Aragon asking for formal confirmation of the founding of a national university in Scotland. His return journey with the papal bulls took more than five months, and he finally arrived in St Andrews on 3 February 1414 to scenes of general rejoicing.
