As Valentine’s Day 2019 landed on a Thursday, our usual class night in Buffalo, I was surprised to find a full
dance floor. It reminded me that Scottish Country Dancing is a great way to connect socially, whether you have a partner or not. This dance celebrates how we dance together with a partner (bars 1-8), in unison with our neighbors (9-16), how we change partners (17-24), and come together as a set in a happy circle of friends (25-32).
