Devised by the Washington, D.C., Unit 2/3 candidates on the occasion of their 2017 exam, in honor of their tutors, Ellie and Mel Briscoe.
The dance includes a figure favored by the tutors, nods to Unit 2 dances , and opportunities for flirtatious eye contact.
The final eight bars of dancing represent the candidates’many helping hands-tutors, fully certificated teachers, and all those who volunteered their time and energy to be student dancers.
