A)
1-8 All dance 8 bar right shoulder reels of 3 on own sides of square
9-24 Wheels - All dance 3 hands across, R.H., then men move one place to the right - ladies change hands and all dance L.H. across - man leaves this wheel and dance on one place - ladies change hands and all dance R.H. across - Men leave this wheel and dance on one place - Ladies again change hands and all dance L.H. across
25-32 All dance a left shoulder reel on own side of the square. (lady on the left has a change of direction to start this reel.)
B)
1-8 Man, with R.H. lady face to the right, in promenade hold, while L.H. lady faces opposite direction - All dance half Grand Chain, couples dancing out and singles dancing in i.e. passing left shoulder to start. At half-way point dance R.H. across (man and his two ladies)
9-16 Men keep dancing in same direction, but changing to L.H. lady in promenade hold, while R.H. lady dances chain movement back to own place and dance 3-hands across L.H. on own sides of the square
17-24 All right hand ladies dance Ladies’ Chain across and back, forming R.H. wheel in centre and turning opposite man, left hand etc
25-32 All left hand ladies repeat above formation : but dancing into centre to give L.H. across and turning opposite man, right hand.
C)
1-8 Sides 1 and 3 - turn opposite person by right hand (4 bars), set to each other (2 bars) and cast back to places by the right (2 bars)
9-16 Sides 2 and 4 repeat above sequence
17-24 All ladies advance (2), and join hands in circle, then retire (2) Advance again (2) joining hands in circle and set (2) (underlined section) WHILE Men set (2), Advance (2) and turn by the right and dance out to place (2) and start dancing round the outside of the square anti-clockwise
25-32 Men continue dancing round the outside and finish facing own ladies WHILE ladies circle left with 12 slip steps and cast into own places on last 2 bars.
