Collected from John Gordon of Truro, Nova Scotia, Canada. This dance was a favourite in Aberdeenshire during the 17th century, and later revived in Canada.
It was originally entered, incorrectly, in the database as The Huntley Reel. This is kept as a (mis)spelling alias.
