This dance is dedicated to a friend of mine, Miss Katherine Dressier (now Dr. Katherine Chino), who when it was devised had just survived her first year of medical school and had also just gotten engaged. Bars 1-16 and 17-24 represent the precision required in medical study and a trip down the aisle; then come double wheels, double figure eights, and double triangles.
