The notes say this is "To mark the 150th anniversary of the State of South Australia 1836 - 1986. Colonel Light the Surveyor General drew up the plans for Adelaide, the capital of South Australia. There is a statue of Colonel Light known as “Light’s Vision on Montefiore Hill over- looking Adelaide and its lovely parklands.”
