1W dance down own side to 4pl as other W cast into the middle, dance to top and follow 1W down own side while{4} the M do likewise, 4M dancing to 1pl as the others cast inwards to bottom and follow up (4,3,2,1) ; Half Reels4 on both sides, start middles facing ends (1,2,3,4)

1c lead down and cross between 2c, cast up, lead down RH to bottom and cross LH to 4pl (2c+3c+4c up on [29-30]) (2,3,4,1)
