Lindsey Trafford writes:- “The idea for the name of this dance came when Mum was decorating the church for a flower festival. I thought the arrangements would look better linked up with matching ribbons. As the flowers were all different colours Mum said the ribbons would have to be her favourite colour …TARTAN.”
