This dance commemorates Mrs. Mina Corson’s visit to North America during the RSCDS Jubilee Year, 1973. Bars 1-16 symbolize travel back and forth across the continent, 17-32 symbolize her meeting many dancers, and 33-40 are the Knot, a new progression which Mrs. Corson had devised that year for the RSCDS jubilee dance “Miss Milligan’s Strathspey.”
