George Senyk and his wife Onie lived on the Indian River Intercoastal waterway across from the Kennedy Space Center.
This dance was mentioned in
Strathspey list message 23939
in December 2000.
Although the instructions only mention George Senyk as the deviser, Stephen Webb in
https://my.strathspey.org/dd/issue/3735/
says it was actually devised jointly by George and Odie Senyk (information he received by email correspondence with George Senyk).
