“The Mountain View class used to take a field trip twice a year to the Edinburgh Castle Pub in San Francisco where we were joined by dancers from all over the Bay area. It was always a fun relaxing evening that started with fish and chips served in newspaper and a pint of amber liquid to quench the thirst. Part of the fun was to invite the pub’s patrons, who were not yet dancers, to come and join us. This is how this dance came to be.” There is also a more relaxed 40 bar version of the dance which is shown in the video and described in the MiniCrib. The e-crib and diagram follow the 32 bar version.
