In bars 1-16, 2nd couple change who cuts the reel. In the first reel, 2nd man cuts the reel and in the second reel it is 2nd woman who cuts the reel.
I wrote this because in a small class, when too few students show up, I wanted to be able to teach reels of three. The name of the dance honors st. Paul’s Episcopal Church where I teach one of my classes in Tustin, California. (DK)
