The dance notes explain that “Alexandra Hall is the residence of the University of King’s College. For one week in the month of July this residence is the home of Scottish Country Dancers, who take part in the International Scottish Country Dance School. We often wonder, during this week, if the ghosts of past residents are ever disturbed by the goings on!”
