To celebrate the 40th annual weekend of the Hamilton (Ontario) branch of the RSCDS.
For many years Hamilton branch has held its annual weekend at Niagara Falls (Ontario). On the 40th annual weekend Bill Zobel devised and taught a dance which had Horseshoe Falls as its theme. To continue the theme this dance was devised to depict the spectacular Niagara Gorge. Forty bars were chosen in honour of the 40th weekend.
