Devised at Pinewoods Camp, Plymouth, Massachusetts, USA in 1990.
For “1st couple down and up” in bars 1-8, “Simply Dancing” published by Newcastle RSCDS in 2007 uses the word “dance”, and the RSCDS Graded Book 2, 2010 changes it to “lead”.
