Drewry adds two notes in
Greenburn Book 3:
The title does not refer to Bigfoot in Western Canada, but to a rock formation which I have discovered between Slains Castle and Dunbuy (just to the north of Cruden Bay). The rocks have two holes right through the base and, from the cliff top, they look like a monster trying to climb out of the sea.
It is quite safe to be near the monster because it is very friendly. In fact it is "pally"olithic.
